Using my 3-step IIR model, we work together to uncover the root of your challenges.  We put together a plan based on your unique situation and then I steer you toward achieving the results you’ve desired for far too long.

INVESTIGATION – As a former Investigator and now an Integrative Nutrition Coach, I create a supportive environment. My work focusing on a Mind-Body approach will enable you to achieve your goals for improved health and overall well-being. I’ve studied over 100 major dietary theories and use that knowledge and expertise to find the approach that works best for you.  Compassionately delving down to the core of challenges is my strength that are seldom paralleled.

IMPLEMENTATION – Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fat, and protein. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and labeling food good or bad, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of self-denial and restrictions that inhibit progress. I also utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques and various coaching methods to guide you through the stages of change.
